Thanks for stopping by and taking some time to learn about what I do and how I might be able to assist you.
For over 20 years I have run my corporate training and development business, Human Interactions Australia, where I have developed, designed and delivered soft skills training solutions both nationally and internationally. I am been extremely fortunate to have worked in the UK, Asia, Australia and NZ providing training and coaching to global family businesses such as Firmenich, ESRI Endress & Hauser,, Qiagen and LS Travel, just to name a few.
Furthermore, I have facilitated business round table discussion groups for over 16 years for family businesses here in Australia. These businesses typically turnover more than $10 million dollars and less than $400 million dollars per year with the average participant turning over $60 million per year. The average tenure for these groups has been greater then 6 years and I have witnessed massive growth both organisationally and individually for those participating in these groups. Utilising my Connect10 program businesses meet on monthly base to build their business and to develop themselves as leaders.
Lastly the last 10 years has also seen me assist content matter experts bring their training to life. Typically experts have amazing content but they require my expertise to build the flow of their course, to make it more engaging, and to give it an edge. Often I add value by co-training with the content matter expert, like I have done with Investible for the past 5 years running embedding activities at their Entrepreneurial Boot Camp. Investible (Creel Price) and I have completed 8 Boot Camps, mainly here in Australia, but I was fortunate to run one in South Africa for the Branson Centre for Entrepreneurs with Creel. These collaboration type projects are incredibly rewarding for both the trainer and the participants.
